Reschedule Policy
Life happens, and we totally understand! If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. A quick reminder: emails and social media messages don’t count—please send us a text or give us a call us on the salon phone. If it’s outside our answering hours (M-F, 10am-5pm), just leave a voicemail or send a text.
*If we don’t receive notice within 24 hours, a 50% fee of the service cost will apply.* Cancellation/No-Show Policy
We understand that plans can change! However, if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or don’t show up, you’ll be charged 100% of the service fee.
*This helps us keep things fair for everyone.* Late Fee
Running a little behind? No worries! If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, and a fee may apply. If we’re able to fit you in, a $20 late fee will be added to your total.
*We want to give you the time and attention you deserve!* Extended Hours Fee
If one of our artists is coming in early or staying late just for you, there might be a small extended hours fee. Don’t worry—it’s all discussed when you schedule your appointment, so there are no surprises! Age Policy
For safety reasons, we can’t accept appointments for anyone under 15 years old. If you or your guardian schedules an appointment and you’re under 15, we won’t be able to perform the service, and it will be charged as a 100% cancellation fee. Thanks for your understanding! Price Change Policy
Sometimes, the price may vary if extra products, additional time, or different techniques are needed. Prices can also increase without notice. If you have questions, just ask your artist before we get started—we’re happy to help!
